The architecture is the work of Mr. Marc Savadogo, an architect graduated from the University of Bordeaux, a disciple of the Chicago School that hosted the Bauhaus School. The red thread of this villa is constituted by the stone that was used to build the fortified city of Essaouira.
The landscaper M.Bertrand Weygand is part of the team of Atelier Vert who created among others the Sofitel Golf Resort of Essaouira. He decided to design different levels of terraces using the slope of the land.
Villa Douja is an architectural villa on one level using materials from Morocco (stones of Taza, beijmat, tadelak, stones of the Ourika, stones of Bensliman, stones of Volubilis …) It is discovered through the many patios, wings
