Norfolk Island is an external territory under the authority of the Commonwealth of
Australia. Changes to Norfolk Island’s immigration laws have relaxed border controls
and subsequently provided easy access to investment opportunities in Norfolk
Island. The South -Pacific region is recognised as having a distinct natural advantage
for providing a platform for tourism. At the moment investment to residency
opportunities are given to those who are already residents or citizens of Australia or
New Zealand.
